By using LEDIAN SPA ("the Facility"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. Conditions of Use

• Entry is not permitted for guests who are visibly intoxicated
• Guests with tattoos are welcome to use our facilities
• Photography within the facility must not disturb other guests
• Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of PRIVATE (private room) reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in our reservation system.

4. Disclaimer

We are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or similar incidents within the Facility, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
